6/9/11-I'm a first timer. The restaurant was clean. I got immediate attention. The salad came right away with a basket of garlic bread chips followed by the steaming hot pasta. My glass never went empty as the waitress was very attentive always asking if everything was OK. There is a second floor but I don't know how to get up there. It's a quaint little place, where the food tastes good, and the prices are within range. I will be telling my friends and going back here. -Ken

Stay far, far away

Well this was one of my worst dining experiences EVER. Especially, since I was with my wife and boys (8 and 6).

Overall the food was average, service average, pricing average BUT the management (owner) was absolutely terrible beyond belief. If you want average everything with a terrible management staff then this is place for you. If not, there are plenty of other Italian restaurants out there.

The issue was a coupon I tried to use from Restaurant.com which was 100 legitimate and I can scan in and supply it for review. Well, the owner/manager came over and became loud, rude and almost physical about me trying to use this. He was the one that signed up with them and not me. Basically, he needed to take $25.00 off of the bill based on me (the customer) meeting my obligation.

He refused this and basically said all he could do is $10.00 off and basically I better take it. I told him no which sent him over the edge. He then threatened to call the police if I did not pay my bill. It got worse when I said fine, I would just decline it from my credit card (which I did and Chase came back and adjusted it (took off the $25.00)). He became loud, stormed off staying he was calling the police. I really feared for my kids/family and my six year old was almost in tears.

He came back almost threw the bill on the table. I paid the bill and left in a hurry so nothing more happened.

Wow what an experience for average Italian food.

I would advise to stay far, far away from this place. You never know what might happen to you.

Not true or accurate statements by Rich from mich. We accepted his expired coupon for $10 and gave him an additional coupon. Thats when he said he would not pay his bill and insulted the chef. We could have responded better, but what Rich bfrom Mich. said is a very exagerated mean story. I wish I would have just accepted his expired coupon, I made a hudge mistake and have regretted it for over a year now, big mistake, I am very sorry. Read the other reviews and then decide. If you love homemade Italian YOU WILL LOVE US, Garanteed

Great Place!!

What a wonderfully surprising find! This restaurant is a renovated house, from the outside you really have no idea what's going on inside. But once that door opens.....BAM! It's like you just walked into a real Italian bistro. The smells are excellent and the food is fantastic. Best Alfredo I have had! Great homemade dressing on Caesar salad also. Very friendly atmosphere. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

Best Piece of Italy in Plymouth

We decided to try this little restaurant in plymouth. All I can say is wow the service food and staff were fabulous. I don't remember the last time I left a restaurant so happy. The canoli's were perfect the tiramisu was rich and creamy and not to overwhelming. I will definitely go back again.
