Happy Hound Day Care & Grooming

I am so disappointed with the owners of this business. I have never been so disgusted with the way these small business owners would treat their customers. My mother was screamed at and berated by the female owner after our family dog jumped on her. It was a complete accident, my mother had let go of the leash while walking the dog inside, she’s a puppy, she excitedly jumped on the female owner. My mother was so upset by how she was spoken to that she came home in tears. She said in her 67 years she had never been spoke to so horribly. I called to explain to her husband, the other owner, that I felt like it was unacceptable for a customer to be spoken to so harshly for an accident. Instead of immediately apologizing he became defensive, made excuses and went as far as to say that my mother should apologize for allowing the dog to jump. You run DOGGIE DAYCARE and you can not handle this sort of situation with kindness and understanding?I am certain that the dogs here have more manners than the owners of this establishment. I will inform all of my dog loving friends of our experience and I would persuade all others to never send their dog/give their money to these negative and thoughtless people.
