Xpress Heating & Air Conditioning

They were hired by our home warranty company. That night our AC quit working, and the next morning our kitchen ceiling had significant water damage. The company said it was not their fault and we must have done something. My husband is a disabled veteran who is barely able to walk and there is no possible way he could have gone into the attic. The home warranty company sent a new company out who said 100% that water was poured into the insulation and/or the valve was left open, and was xpress' fault. When I called them back I was told it was a lie and they will not fix anything. When I said this is the reason they have insurance I was told that they dont have the money. Im completely disgusted that a company will not take responsibility for their actions. There is a reason this company has an F rating with BBB.
