Village Pet Grooming

Auntie Sue at Village Pet is the best. I am not sure if other poster even has the correct business because Sue is a veterinary nurse with over 25 years of experience in the veterinary field. She always finds problems we as owners never finds and honestly tells us about them to make us aware. She is the only one working there besides Sam her bather who also has over 5 years of grooming experience. My dogs always come out looking great and I love the stress free environment.

Village Pet Groomers hurt our dog and tried to lie about it when confronted. When we picked up our dog, the Owner told us that the dog might need a vet to look at his eyes. After spending $250, the vet told us that the dog experienced hemorages in both eyes from being mishandled. When confronted, the Owner said "It could have happened prior to being dropped off."
Such an unprofessional dog grommer. They have young people working there that could care less about an animals well being.
Our dog wasn't the same after the appointment for a simple haircut & nail trim. Our dog, a Yorkie mix, has always been calm at prior appointments with other groomers.
They put fear in our dogs experience because of those idiots.
DO NOT GO THERE
They should be shut down.

Auntie Sue is the best! My dog always leaves looking great! It also helps that Sue is a veterinary nurse and knows how to gently handle our difficult pooch, whom other groomers had to muzzle and or recommended tranquilizers. Village Pet is a muzzle free zone! YAY!!!
