        Call-backs were a bit free-for...

        Call-backs were a bit free-form, but they showed up when scheduled, even though they'd had a van breakdown and had to transfer to a ratty back-up. (And no, that's not their regular van, I saw the real van the next time around). They worked with my schedule, and even treated inside one wall and roof section that were accessible, as well as basement surfaces, as well as drilling holes though any and every material around the perimeter of the home to treat the sub-surface colonies where the nests actually are. They are definitely locals, and real people. With termites, it takes a while to prove how effective the treatment has been, but so far, so good. They also re-treat at a discount as part of the original contract (though you have to keep track of the dates). I'm willing to mark my own calendar (or make a couple of extra calls) in exchange for information and personalized service.
