Real Estate Litigation
Along with his experience in the family law area, he has a broad range of civil law experience, including preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate and administration of decedent's estates, Orphans' Court litigation, bankruptcy (both creditor and debtor), real estate law, and general civil litigation. He is currently an instructor at Community College of Allegheny County, teaching courses on the duties of Executors and the estate administration process. He has advocated his clients' causes in appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts, where several of his cases have been cited as being important benchmarks in the law. In 1990, he was appointed by the Court and served a ten year commitment as a special arbitrator in the Allegheny County civil arbitration section, where he arbitrated civil cases one day per month. Mr. Fall also represents his clients in the courtrooms of Butler, Beaver, and Westmoreland Counties.

Ms. Reynolds is a December 2010 Widener Law and University of Pittsburgh School of Law graduate. A life-long resident of Pittsburgh, Ms. Reynolds obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh in 2001, graduating cum laude. Ms. Reynolds is uniquely qualified to engage with the public due to her experience in the service and retail sales industries between undergraduate studies and law school. During her time at Widener Law, Ms. Reynolds interned at Dauphin County Public Defender's Office for two summers, handling every stage of a criminal case. Upon transferring to the University of Pittsburgh Law School, Ms. Reynolds interned at the ACLU-Pittsburgh Chapter, researching and writing on fascinating Constitutional issues. Post-graduation, Ms. Reynolds acted as a volunteer attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services, representing low-income clients in Social Security Disability cases. Ms. Reynolds later used her disability experience during her independent contractor work with Friday & Cox, a personal injury and social security disability firm.

Wills
Elisabeth W. Molnar's practice focuses primarily on family law cases, including Divorce, Child Support and Custody. Her cases involve complex matters in these areas of the law, and handling the issues with key advice and care. Equally important to her practice is a client-oriented concept of returning telephone calls promptly, speaking realistically to clients about their cases and developing an overall comfort level with clients through the most difficult times in their lives. Attorney Molnar's practice is based upon satisfied clients referring their friends, family and other loved ones to her services, and said referrals are treated with the utmost respect and confidence. Although Ms. Molnar's practice is based almost entirely in family law, she also prepares Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, as these documents frequently go hand in hand with family law matters.
