My clock has been at Pittsburgh clock and lock for three years and I am having trouble getting It back

Sorry to give a negative review, however I took in a clock that was not running to be fixed. I felt it needed a new spring or possibly new mechanism. No estimate or call was made and and in one day I was given the clock back, cleaned and oiled, for $133 but still not running. I tried 3 times to reach the repair man but was never able to reach him and never got any calls back. I feel this service was not satisfactory and will not return.

We had a Junghans kitchen wall clock that worked for 30 years with a digital movement. Sounds simple but I couldn't find a replacement movement with a long enough stem. After calling around I got a pointer to Clock and Lock and they replaced the movement, put in new hands (the old ones wouldn't work with the new movement) and all was good. I came in on a sat morning and waited for about 15-20 minutes while the work was done. Even painted the hands black to match the original. Great service, very fair price. They have a bunch of used and new clocks of all styles and prices. Places like this are what makes the Burgh great.

ANYTIME I HAVE EVER CALLED FOR SERVICE (LOCKS) WE HAVE GOT QUICK RESPONSE, WE DEALT WITH PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND A FAIR RATE. WE WOULD NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE WHEN WE NEED WORK DONE FOR LOCKS OR KEYS.... ALSO IF WE WERE INTO CLOCKS AND HAD AN ISSUE-- WE WOULD CALL PGH CLOCK AND LOCK FIRST....
