Paul and his wife Judy repaired my 100 year old grandfather clock. Paul kept me informed about a complicated repair of old parts. He tested the repairs thoroughly and then Judy brought the clock works home and placed them in the case. Everything works much better than I've experienced. I unknowingly found a very rare mantle clock recently. I took it to Paul's Clock Repair just to see if he could get it back in working condition. Both Paul and his daughter were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I received a call within a few days only to hear that it was a great find. It was so rare that Paul had never seen one in his 45 years in business, but he still knew everything the clock needed. He repaired the clock back to its original working condition and cleaned, polished and oiled it inside and out. The clock works great, chimes beautifully and looks amazing. Wow! What a pleasant experience. I needed help when the chain on my grandfather clock fell off. To make matters worse, I had relatives coming in from out of town that were anxious to see the clock. Paul made a special trip to our home, rehung the chain and did a Tune Up on the clock, all for the quoted price. No surprises. He was on time, courteous, and loves animals. I was totally satisfied, and highly recommend him for all your clock repair needs.

It's a family owned business. Paul has his Masters Degree in clock making and guaranteed his work for an entire year. Everyone was very kind and taught me how to properly care for my clock. I have several clocks in my home and now i know exactly where to bring them.
