        Run away fast and far

        I took my laptop in to have the System Tray cleaned up. They called back and said it had a couple of viruses that McAfee couldn't find and needed to reload windows. They did back up most of my files but then proceeded to wipe out my hard drive and do a full install. They lost all of my programs I had and all of my preferences. They said they could not load the version of Windows Messinger and Live that I wanted and the icons on the desktop cannot go back to original size. They are almost three times their former size and are at their smallest setting. Now I have to spend hundreds of hours to reload my programming but if I want to do it right I may have to wipe out their install and do a proper install. They just want to make money off your computer. THEY STINK... RUN AWAY AS FAST AND AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!

        Customer had a virus that destroyed Windows. The item in the start tray, was a virus popping up. We had to wipe and reload Windows. Programs are not transferable. Programs have to be reinstalled from the program CD. We do not change icon sizes, as this is a personal preference. We leave the default Windows icons size. If there is anything else we can do to help you, come on in.
