Kim Nails

I have gone to Kim's nails only twice. The first time was for a fill in and a new coat of paint. That was done correctly! The second time was a week and a half ago and I ordered a full set. All of my nails popped off. Now I babysit kids all day, there is nothing in that that shokuld make my nails come off! We called her and told her our problem, she told us to come in and she would fix it, so I packed the kids up and made our way there, for my sisters nails were also popping off. When we got there she was very admanent that she did her job well and that it was MY fault that my nails popped off and my sisters fault. I got my stepmom on the phone and she became very irate with my mom and very rude! I will never go back to this salon and neither should you. When she is faced with multiple people and a rude customer waiting she becomes sloppy and rushes her work. THAT is why my nails popped off! I have been getting my nails done for two years now and have never had something like that happen!!!
