My new 2016 Colorado truck (3000 miles) had a slight separation of the seam on the drivers leather seat. The dealer from whom I purchased the truck directed me to this business for repair. I picked up the vehicle from the business lot just after business hours (4:25 P). When I opened the vehicle driver door the strong odor of cigarette smoke met me. I am not a smoker and am sensitive to cigarette smoke odor. The stitching issue had been repaired however there was a noticeable absence of significant seat padding on the drivers leather seat bottom. I compared the drivers seat to the similar passengers seat. There was no seat padding issue prior to the "seat repair". The poor seat repair coupled with the smoke residue issues were brought to the attention of the dealer that referred me to this business for the repair and proper resolution. I would not recommend this business to anyone due to my recent experience.
