North Peoria Internal Medicine is a great place to be a patient. The staff are great workers. The doctor is very knowledgeable and the Nurse Practioner and Physician Assistants are very kind. The office also offers alot of services-sonograms, physical therapy, massage therapy, a diabetes educator/dietician.

I have been a patient at North Peoria Internal Medicine for the last 5 years. In the last 2 years their practice has SEVERELY declined. The office staff is NOT knowledgeable at all and are VERY RUDE. I have been left in exam rooms and forgotten about, they have lost my blood (taken for tests), used incorrect dx codes causing my insurance not to cover what should be covered as preventative, I NEVER get returned calls in 48 hours and when they don't know what to say, they will hang up on you or put you on hold for an hour.That being said, Dr. Sabharwal is a very good doctor and the Nurse Practioner Connie Duda is also very good. Unfortunately, their staff speaks (poor) volumes for them.They have cost me a ton of money for their mistakes. Thank goodness, I have officially left there!
