Ichiban

The food is great and the service is wonderful. I had the Teriyaki Chicken and it was perfect... and a very large portion. Their prices are very reasonable. When we come back to Pensacola, we will be visiting Ichiban again.

Ichiban is probably one of the most expensive places in town to eat sushi at. They have great food there, my only complaint aside from price is that the take out menu they have doesn't reflect the actual prices. The menu is an old one and apparently they keep making copies instead of fixing it. I find that very irritaiting when I pick up what I thought was a $25 order that turns out to be $40!

I have spent 10 years out of the last 18 stationed in Japan enjoying sushi and sashimi. Ichiban has the best sushi/sashimi I have come across in Pensacola. Their quality is exceptional. I have yet to have a bad experience in Ichiban. I recommend the Red Diamond Roll.
