The clerks in this place are, I suppose, the same as a lot of serving-the-public clerks found anywhere. There is a woman who MUST have had a bad day, a bad week, a bad month and a bad year. She is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. Bad temper, fusses about in silent sullenness when asked for something. Don't know her but I HATE her! I want her FIRED! That's what she inspires in me. By contrast, there is a guy who goes about his business with a sense of humor and an apparent true wish to help people - always seems to be advising people with,"Do you want this?" or "Do you need that?" Truly personable and uplifting. Can't say enough good things about him. Don't know how he does it, but I'm ALWAYS hoping that the line works out such that I'll be standing in front of him, rather than the Wicked Witch of the West.
