I had them install a pellet stove in my house. They were on time and did a wonderful job. The two technicians were clean and polite and knowledgeable. 8 received a call from the office a few days later asking how my stove was running and if I was happy with the job. Extremely professional staff

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS COMPANY!!!



The guy they sent to my house couldn't figure out how to remove by wood burning stove, never did, and told me he swept the flue "up through the stove" which I know is a 100% impossibility.



They never cleaned my other flue for the oil burner "because they didn't have time."



I called, told them I wasn't satisfied because the person they sent never cleaned the stove flue or the oil flue. They literally provided NO service at all. They never cleaned a thing.



I refused to pay their bill until they actually rendered a service, and they went and reported the unpaid bill to the credit bureaus to hurt my credit score. These people are literally the scum of the earth.

Do not use this company for any chimney work. Last fall caledl American Chimney Sweeps to quote to repair my chimney. Once the weather got nice this year called to arrange for the repairs. Sent $1000 deposit to lock in the service. They cancelled twice. Today they showed up and told me that two workers called in sick and that they can only set-up. Then they looked at the chimney and told me that the quote of $2900 didnot include the actual removal and repair of the damage area on the top of the chimney. I told them to return the deposit and leave my property.

Very unprofessional company.

My family has been in business in Marblehead for 47 years and would never treat a customer this way.

Totally disappointed.



Never use services from this company.. ever....
