Total Quality Air

Called Total Quality Air first thing in the morning and received a call back within two hours to schedule a technician to come out to repair our heat pump the same day. Carlos arrived within the scheduled time and evaluated the problem. He told me the costs of the repair for my approval. He replaced the non-working fan motor, checked the outside condenser assemble and the system was operational within 90 minutes from when he arrived. thank you for the quick response and repair of the unit. And thank you for the free advice on cleaning the outside unit.
