        Overall

        Such a pleasant and wonderful experience!!!

        The first agent I came in contact with was Avant. He picked me up from the body shop from where I had left my car. He was very courteous and knowledgable of all the breakfast spots in the area! (This was pertinent information since I was starving and wanting to eat after the whole rental process!)

        Immediately upon arriving and walking into Enterprise , I received a warm, "hello" from Adam. He actually had a smile on his face, unlike some other service reps from other rental places I've dealt with in the past. He made the rental process quick and easy; said he would take care of talking to my insurance company for me.

        Then came Hector - the agent showing me the vehicles... Absolutely amazing service! Extremely accommodating and made sure I felt safe and comfortable before leaving with a vehicle. He helped me out and gave me a wonderful car. He is an exemplary employee for his top notch customer service.

        Thank you guys! I'll be sure to send all my friends and colleagues your way!
