Connectionz Computer Repair

We have been working with Connectionz PC for all of our company computer issues and maintenance for the last 5 years. When we moved our servers from California to Kentucky he made sure our system was back up and running as quickly as possible. When we moved the server back to California 2 years later he came out to set it up again and made sure our system was functioning 100%. Any issue we have he is on top of. He always gives us a list of options so that we can decide what will work best for the company. Cannot say enough good things about Tony!

ZERO STARS. Don't use this guy!!! I left my laptop with Tony, in a bag with the power cord and a piece of paper with my name and number on it. After not being able to reach him for several days he told me what was wrong with it. When I tried to arrange to go back and pick it up (this business is in his home) I was again, unable to reach him for a long period of time. When we connected, he asked me which computer was mine!! (He doesn't have the bag or the cord) Then we played phone tag again so that I could go to his garage/ office and GO THROUGH computers to FIND MINE. He was clueless. Months have passed and now I have the computer we THINK is mine (it won't boot up) but it's missing the hard drive. Tony looked at me, with a straight face, and said, "when computers are here for 2 years I take out the hard drive so they can be recycled." My computer was there for months, not years!! Now I have a shell of a computer that doesn't work and he has my hard drive - he says- along with many others in his garage. He will "try to find it". REALLY???!!!
