After a previous computer company performed a data migration from our old to new computers we found not all outlook folders were migrated and our wireless computers were now unable to communicate with our copier/scanner. In our office we do not have a server, our computers are different models, have different software and different operating systems. Despite our confusing set up, Alan and Nicole were great sports. Removed bogus security antivirus and spyware from computer. Reconfigured wi-fi for whole house coverage. Set up internet television. Set up wireless printer, making it compatable with wireless tablet. These guys are wonderful. This was our second time using them. The first time they set up our system approximately three years afo. The same team came out yesterday. They even remembered our dogs. Talk about thorough and they dd not leave until I understood how to work the various components. They also urged me to contact my bank regarding a bogus anitvirial application I had purchased, my bank is investigating the scam. We have recommended them to neighbros, who were very happy with the service. We would hire them again.

Alan and Nicole impressed me with their competentcy and professionalism. They arrived at the appointed time, listened to my concerns and presented me with the pros and cons of two options that would alleviate the problem - all in understandable non-techie terminology. My request was unusual: Following my brother's passing, I asked them to help me to process for donation his two computers, along with their components and accessory devices, as well as many odd cables and old components. They understood that my purpose was to provide working setups and useful components to wheelchair-bound---and often homebound---individuals, so that they will have better means to connect with potential work, friends, and family. The result far exceeded my expectations, as Alan and Nicole organized perfectly donatable groupings of hardware, components, and accessories. As a longtime Mac user, I was completely dependent on their expert help to accomplish this Windows OS task. Our old pcs needed replacement. Since we used ACTS in the past, we asked them for a recommendation. We put our confidence in their knowledge and expertise and their ability to find the right pcs for our needs. Within one week of our call, Allan and Angela came to our home with two new pcs, installed them, transferred files, setup our internet connection, antivirus software, microsoft office, etc. They took time to explain the new software features and did not leave until we were totally comfortable with our new pcs. Excellent repair experience! My $4000 custom gaming computer was comatose from the "System Tool 2011" virus. Alan completely removed all of its components and restored my computer to health. He also noticed that a fan was making noise and replaced it. That this company cares and pays attention to detail were obvious. I would recommend Advanced Computer Tech Support without hesitation.
