Esprit Woman Care

The doctors and staff are so helpful and kind. Wait time was short and I am looking forward to meeting the new Internal Medicine doctor they have at the office. It will be so nice to see my ob/gyn and my pcp at the same place.

Below is my opinion of the experience we had at Esprit Woman care.

My wife and I had the worst experience here, it was emotionally traumatizing. It is my opinion that they do not care about anything but money. From the second we came in it seemed like they were trying to sell us nothing but tests. We scheduled our second Ultrasound with them to get all of our measurements and check to make sure everything with the baby was ok which was performed by an un-certified ultrasound tech which we were unaware of at the time. At that point we were told that we were possibly having mono/mono conjoined twins which I assure you was very stressful and incredibly scary. Esprit Woman care advised us to go to the main hospital to get a second opinion and found out later everything was ok. We then received a bill for the second Ultrasound. At that point I decided to research the first ultrasound tech we had at Esprit Woman care only to find out they are not a licensed ultrasound tech! We never would have needed the second ultrasound if we had an actual certified ultrasound tech at the beginning of the whole thing. Best part about that was it was right before Christmas. I contacted Esprit Woman care seeking their help hoping they would reimburse us so we would not be broke during the Holiday season. No reimbursement was given even though it was their fault costing us $$$$, just got an additional bill for that yesterday actually. Thanks Esprit Woman care… I am a disabled vet and use the VA Medical center as my primary care which is not known for their customer service so my standards are pretty low to start. Somehow Esprit Woman care still managed to underperform in my opinion. I wish I had gone to the main facility they worked with first to ask around like I did after. Pretty much every member of staff at the main hospital had nothing but bad things to say about Esprit Woman care, of course they were all “off the record” remarks telling us to avoid them from quite a few people. In my opinion I would not recommend Esprit Woman care to anybody looking for birth care. Keep in mind we are talking about your baby and the mother’s life and care. In my opinion they only care about money and it shows. I felt morally obligated to express my above opinion to help people in the same shoes as my wife and I to make the best decision for birth care.
