Primary Care
If your insurance requires a PCP (primary care provider) or PCM (Tricare), it is your responsibility to designate one of our physicians as your PCP or PCM with your insurance company. We cannot bill your insurance if we are not listed as PCP or PCM.
Ear Infections
They are so awesome with the kids and always make sure all is well with them. The doctors always answer all my questions and there is someone always available to check the kids out in case of emergencies like an ear infection.
Emergency Care
If a patient is discharged from the practice for financial reasons (including bankruptcy), we will give 30 days notice and provide emergency care during the notification process. In addition, these accounts may be turned over to an outside collection agency.

ADHD medications will not be refilled unless a patient is current on ADHD follow-ups. Please note that our on-call physicians do not prescribe or refill medications over the phone.

While our providers strongly encourage ongoing communication between teens and parents, we are bound by state and federal laws governing a teen’s right to confidentiality regarding sexuality, substance abuse and certain mental health issues.

In 2006, Justin Miller started having health issues. His mom, Lori, had the persistence and tenacity that only a parent can have when their child is sick. It was Advanced Pediatrics’ own Dr. Stephanie Stevens, who listened to this concerned mom and sent Justin for a second CT scan after the first was inconclusive. The scan returned with a stage IV neuroblastoma diagnosis. Justin bravely fought the disease for eight years, relapsing six times.
