We locked ourselves out of the house. Noel said it was going to be at least an hour. Surprise, he was there in 45 minutes. Had us in the house shortly after. Quick, professional & willing to go that extra mile, a rarity these days. Thank you!

I called Steve's Lock Shop and made an appointment to make new keys for my friend's apartment. Noel arrived early, a pleasant surprise. He re-keyed two locks in less than a half hour. Noel had me test each key in each lock to ensure I was satisfied. He was friendly, professional and definitely knows what he's doing. The price was reasonable and they provide same day service. Unfortunately I had to call them two days later to re-key locks on my own home and again, the same fast, efficient and professional from Noel. I highly recommend Steve's Lock Shop and Noel

Great place to do business with. Very good price, personable and accommodating. The locksmith that came onsite notified us that the locks we bought had the same key which we didn't know. So how many people have the same key we possibly had too. We thank him for that information.
