You have complete control of your machine even with me logged in. If you feel uncomfortable you can simply end the session. All of my services are completed VIA remote or on-site depending on the travel distance. I like to begin all of my services with a FREE remote analysis then provide a quote after that. That way the price will be customized for your problem and your not paying a unfair price. I use a secure program to remote provided by Teamviewer and it is easy to install and get your PC set up. I also can perform setups on new PC's bought from a retail store. Why pay 100.00 for a few installations I charge a flat rate of 50.00. I speak clear ENGLISH so you won't get irritated by someone you can't understand. Thanks for your support
