Craig Bober is the owner & will come out to your house & make you sign a contract & he doesn't explain that you must use them for 3 years or if you try to deactivate your system they charge you for the rest of the time until 3 years is up. I had called several times & they said they deactivated my system but I was still getting invoices & I called & asked & the woman said no one must have deactivated it & she would look into it & get back to me. I asked to speak to Craig the owner & he was never there or avoided my calls. I tried emailing him & never got a response. I got a few letters saying I was being sued by Secure Alarms so I called & it took a week to get ahold of James the bookkeeper & he was a jerk the entire time I tried to explain why I hadn't paid the bill & his response was that the paperwork was already in & they would sue me. Whatever you do, stay away from using Secure Alarms! They will rip you off & you won't get any type of customer service from that company!
