From a Temp's point of view Modis works with local companies and will get you below competitive wages,I found when working with them while on a job, other ctemps doing the same job were getting a higher wage. Always remember if it is a temp job-it is what it is. More than likely , it will not be permanent. I was always paid every week. Sometimes it is difficult to contact the office once you are on assignment!
