Diego came to do my regular maintenance today. He did an excellent job. He was respectful of my property and my pets. He went straight to his work, he advised me of some items I need to have replaced in my system and took care of it for me. When he was done with his work he took time to explain what are you done and what he thought might need to be done in the future, allowing me time to prepare for it. Diego is a wonderful definition this is at least the second time he has been in my home and I would welcome him back again. American Air & Heat has done everything with my system since we purchased it 10 years ago. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

My service person Juan was knowledgeable and explained everything. He was on time and called before arriving. I would recommend American Air and Heat to everyone. I have been using this company for years.

No exaggeration, in my lifetime I had never had such a great experience with a service call of any sort. From the call to schedule the appointment, pricing, and the text telling me who is coming to my home with a picture and all, to the awesome technician Cody! On time, very respectful, polite, personable, knowledgeable, considerate wearing a mask. No pushing to sell anything!! I paid exactly what I was quoted when I booked the appointment.
I am a customer for life and most definitely will spread the word of my experience with American Air & Heat!!

Today, I worked with Michael Viviano, a project Manager with the company. He was professional, courteous, provided service options and cost savings associated with those options. He got the job done efficiently and effectively. I was pleased with the service and recommendation that he provided in resolving my AC issue. . American Air and Heat is a great company, which I highly recommend to take care of your service needs!

Best ac company in town. I would never use anyone else. Cody is the best, very hands on and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and what I could expect. He was very through and took the time. He is the only person I would use.

Our heat pump went out about 2 weeks ago. Tech Ryan was scheduled, and reviewed the options with us; for a 17 year old unit, we decided on replacement. Todd came out, did a very thorough evaluation, and went over available systems and options, including a 0% financing offer for 36 months. We were scheduled for Thu 7/22-Fri 7/23, and given an arrival time estimate of 9a-12p. They arrived Thu @ 8:30a (early, yay! \o/), and were done by 5p. Work included new heat pump pair (air handler and compressor, including a new concrete pad and hurricane straps), new refrigerant and drain lines, new thermostat, and an additional 8" of blown-in insulation (home built in 1994 with 6" insulation; code at the time, but had shrunk to 4" - added 8" to bring up to current code). ALL their employees were helpful, friendly, courteous, professional,... etc. Each took the time to answer any questions we had, including simple or rather "dumb" questions from me like: why doesn't it seem to be cooling quickly? But the new system had both the temp *and* humidity down to their set points by morning, and after I adjusted up for "daytime", it's been maintaining both so far today without issue. Not only *would* recommend, but *did* recommend to a neighbor whose system was also out, and noted our install.

Jesse came out this morning to check my ac system. Very professional and friendly. Went over all potential problems and answered all of our questions.

Sal Farah was our technician. Sal was a little early but called me to ask if he could come early. He is very personable and respectful. His task was a follow up to the service call from the day before. He diagnosed the system and verified that everything is working properly. Excellent service from Sal.
