        Overall

        I got a premium oil change and thought everything was great until moments later my car started to sound funny. Called them back and they told me to drive it back. They pointed out freak thing that it happened to be same day. Blaming something else other then what they did. Won't pay for it to be fixed won't pay for the damages done on my drive way and won't rembuse services. Take your car somewhere else. So unprofessional.

        Incredibly incompetent! Took my car in this morning for an oil change. They called me at home this evening saying I need to bring the car back as they used the wrong oil filter! I just stopped payment on the check I wrote them this morning and will NEVER bring another vehicle to them again. If you value your car....TAKE IT ELSEWHERE!
