The Aberdeen WA Office of this Company was called and told that there was a problem with the AC and that the unit hadn't been serviced for a couple years or so. The fan never seemed to shut off and it wasn't keeping the house cool. Technician came out and "serviced" the unit and said that all was well. Next morning it still wasn't working properly. It wouldn't maintain temperature. Another tech came out and found that 4 elements weren't working. Parts were under warantee but labor wasn't. Original tech came back out and replaced items. I was charged $194.89 for 1st visit. $173.25 for second visit and $123.75 for 3rd and final visit. I feel that either the 1st or second charge should have been thrown out but company refused to do so. The owner was supposedly contacted and agreed with the decision not to adjust the charges. I paid the bill in protest and will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone again.
