        I had a serving of the eggplant stack to go thinking of the savory eggplant flavor I enjoy BUT as I found out at home the eggplant is hard to find or taste or imagine. All breadcrumb batter with a paper thin wafer of eggplant? C'mon, eggplant ain't that expensive! Give a quarter inch!
