Lady Nails

I highly recommend lady nails unlike the other review on here they have treated me wonderful and there prices are very low compare to the other nail salons on that street! So don't let that other review keep you away from checking it out! I am new there I left classy nails where i was going to for almost 2yrs because in 2 months they raised there prices like if we were living in the Village! Lady nails has great prices and they do great work, I'm always getting compliments on my nails!

I originally went into this salon a few weeks ago. Although the decor was slightly outdated, I appreciated the care and attention that was put into my nails. However, when going to get my fill, the service downgraded considerably. The owner obviously did not want to do my nails and wanted me to know it. He barely used any of the materials needed to make the nails smooth. It looked like the gel was more like wet powder. It was so bad that when he was filing the nails the powdery substance flaked off rather than smoothing out like it is supposed to. To make matters worse he was so sloppy that the gel was glued to my finger. As he proceeded to use his nails to rip the acrylic from the meat of my nails, he seemed perturbed that I said it hurt. I then asked to wait to work with the same person as last time and he tried to clean it up. Basically, this has been the worst nail experience I have had in a long time! The owner would rather watch television or make phone calls than do nails. I am completely fine with that, but I have one piece of advice..."Be the owner...Don't do nails if you are going to make rookie mistakes." Needless to say, I will not return to Lady Nails because I was treated nothing like a lady, heck, I wasn't even treated like a paying, hard-working customer.
