        Service is poor. We agreed to a date and time range (2:30 to 4pm) to service my dishwasher but because they were done early with other customers in the area they did not want to be bothered with honoring their commitment to me. To their credit at least they called to tell me that I was not worth their effort.

        Notably good service experience

        On repair calls, they have no problem telling you that you DON'T need to buy something. When I've bought a new appliance from them, they've been very helpful with advice. Their installers come when scheduled.

        Excellent service before/after the sale; friendly and knowledgeable staff; great products/prices

        Over the last 5 or 6 years, we've purchased appliances for two full kitchens, TVs and DVDs, a washer and dryer set, and deep freezer. The staff at Harry's is fantastic - especially Joe. They listen to what we need/want, give us honest opinions on the various options and brands, and have always treated us well. Their prices are great and even their delivery folks are top notch. One of them helped us hook up our cable and new TV and DVD - above and beyond the call of duty, we thought. They have in-house service people too who are responsive and knowledgeable. We would recommend them to anyone and will always go there first.
