PURCHASED A CAR ON EBAY FROM THIS GUY WHO GOES BY NICK NOV 10 2015. UPON ARRIVAL THE CAR NEEDED NEW TIRES AND BRAKES. THAT WAS AN ADDITIONAL $1500 BEFORE I COULD DRIVE IT. THEN HE TELLS ME WE WILL BUY IT BACK MINUS THE SHIPPING AND TAXES I'VE ALREADY PAID. THEN HE TELLS ME THEY SOLD IT TOO CHEAP ON EBAY AND HE CAN'T HELP PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS. IN ADDITION TO TIRES AND BRAKES THEY DIDNT PUT THE REAR BUMPER AND SENSORS BACK ON CORRECTLY AND LEFT THE TRUNK RELEASE OFF. I HAD A BODY SHOP LOOK AT THE CAR TO TELL ME IT NEEDED A NEW BUMPER SENSOR HARNESS AND THE TRUNK RELEASE SWITCH NEVER WAS INSTALLED LEAVING A BIG HOLE IN THE BUMPER. I HAD BEEN ASKING HIM TO SEND THE PARTS SINCE I RECEIVED THE CAR AND HE KEEPS PUTTING ME OFF. I FINALLY LEFT NEGATIVE FEED BACK 8 JAN 2016 AND HE WONDERS WHY??

I bought a car on ebay on Aug.4 2013. The car was located in Michigan and was delivered by a transport. I sent a certified check to tiger auto and the car was then sent to me on a transport. I received the car on 8/21/2013. The car I bought on ebay is a 2007 ford focus. The locks don't work and another $1100.00 in scratches and dents, check engine light, and other misc. issues. None of which were disclosed on the listing. The seller has continued to play the victim and thinks we are trying to screw him. I paid $4949.00 for the car plus $400.00 for shipping and received a car that has more damage than what I paid for it. I would not have bought the car had it not been described as "LIKE NEW" and had the hail damage been disclosed as any honest seller would do. The seller continues to tell me that the car is used and we should expect it to have some dents and scratches and other issues which come with a used car. I don't think a car should have over $5700 worth of body damage that was described as like new and I should just be ok with his deceiving description.
