ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER HAD TO WORK WITH



In the past I have recommended this company. However, after my most recent experience, that will never happen again. Over the course of several months we had this company in to service our beer coolers. We had a problem with icing in the unit. After over $2000 spent in repairs the same problem remains. On one particular visit the service tech tried to charge us one hour of time while he sat in his van drinking soda and smoking. On the last visit we were charged for several hours when the tech was not on site, having no guarantee that he was actually working on our issue. I tried to speak with the owner about the last invoice, which was for over $900. No luck. Needless to say we will be using a different company in the future and I would suggest you do the same.

I had used other, unreliable Heating and Air companies in the past and finally got tired of the lack of customer service I was receiving. I called A-1 Services and they came out promptly and were extremely honest, friendly, and efficient! I would recommend this company to anyone! FIVE STARS!
