I used to be a regular at Country Club Car Wash in O’Fallon for several years. I took all of my vehicles there. Mostly because it was close to my home and I like familiarity. Not because they were exceptional in what they do. I decided to change because of an incident involving the clerk not taking a coupon for $7.00 off because the date was expired. The print on those are small and just that week I got another one in the mail. I guess I should have made sure I used that one. I thought it was a little nit picky and considering all of the business I have done with them over the years. But it’s their business and they can run they way the see fit. On the reverse that are several full service car washes in the immediate vicinity. Needless to say I spend my consumer vote now at one of their competitors now. If you go? Make sure to get yourself a coupon. They’re usually in those coupon packs that come in the mail and sometimes you can find them on the internet.
