I went in with gum pain. The doctor looked in my mouth for no longer than 1 minute. She said I was perfectly fine and just needed a cleaning. I was pretty sure I had an infection. A cleaning isn't going to make painful gums feel better. Pain is our bodies was of warning us of an issue. I left, and knew I needed to see another doctor as I have an education and work in sports medicine, and knew I had an infection. I get to pequot right after, who confirms I had an infection. Everyone was very rude, and unprofessional. I had one visit which was a walk in, and I will never have one again. This place doesn't deserve one star, they shouldn't be in business.

AWFUL! The dentist I saw couldn't have graduated dental school with the work he did. A crown 2x bigger than all my other teeth and the post was half the size it was supposed to be. Instead of putting the post in first, and building the crown around it, he built it all in his hand and then glued it in. He wouldn't see me when I went back to have it fixed. The professional dentist that fixed it was livid at the work.
Never Again will I go there!

I wouldn't bring my animal there! They are incompetent, do not call back, you have to beg for your records to be faxed. Carter fish, their OBGYN is a quack And Diane Stiffler is not on the ball with referrals. Tooth pulled and sent home with no antibiotics or any type of pain med. wound up in the ER. Use less group, uncaring, your just a number, DON'T GO!!! Friend was in crisis with her child mentally and no call back TWICE! UCFS, I wish you would get revoked, your terrible! Shame on you!

I've been going to the Norwich office for over a year now and all of a sudden I get a letter in the mail stating that I'm no longer able to be seen there. Come to find out a nurse had a big fan of me. So, if a nurse has an issue with you you'll get a letter in the mail. No phone calls, no voice mail no nothing. If I could rate this place a zero I would. NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE, VERY RUDE!!!

I finally decided I may need some help so I called UCFS. I had to leave a message with intake and was told they would get back to me in 24 hours. During a three week period I received no call back and called several times always to get the same message. I decided to walk in and was told the intake people were in a meeting and would get back to me in 24 hours. Still no call back. I decided to call the director to make a complaint. He no longer works there but I was told to leave a message. I called the New London office to see who I could complain to...before I finished speaking they hung up on me. Same exact thing with the Colchester office. The only thing this service seems to offer is frustration
