        went to this urgent care with an allergic reaction upper lip swollen and hives spreading in my body.the receptionist told me that there is 2 patients ahead of me.I am an RN as a profession so I know my body.I waited 1 1/2 hours to be called Thanks God to Dr.Adams and Alie from Beverly Hills who quickly respond to my case.I wish the receptionist will inform MD or NP cases of patients checking in so priority of patients will be sorted out.please maybe train your receptionists to be sensitive to patients complaints.

        This urgent care is nice and clean. The staff response is quick and attentive. Most urgent care facilities I've seen have bordered on frightening but not Exer. I felt much more comfortable there than any other location that either my husband or myself needed to visit in the past.

        This will be my go to Urgent Care facility in Northridge. The clinic is clean and bright and very comfortable. All of the staff were professional and friendly. Although no one really wants to have to go to Urgent Care this was really a very pleasant experience! They even gave me my prescription right there before I left so I didn't have to stop at the drugstore on the way home. I would highly recommend Exer.

        Wonderful experience at the new Exer urgent care clinic in Northridge! The staff and doctor were so friendly and helpful. We were seen right away and never left alone for very long. This office is our new go to urgent care. Doesn't hurt that it's in a nice shopping center and has a big parking lot too!
