Five Star Collison Center

Dropped off my minivan after an accident and they were great. They took care of all the conversations between them, then rental car company and insurance. My van was fixed for cheaper than their original estimate and they did an amazing job cleaning my van inside and out.

i recently had my brand new car in this shop for extensive repairs, i thought it would never be the same after my accident, it was repaired so perfectly i will only use five star in the future and i tell everyone i know to go there. they are absolutely wonderful.

Mr. Chizman69. It is unfortunate that you feel five star did not complete your vehicle in A timely manor. I am sure you signed the same form I did when I had my vehicle repaired with Five Star. It said "due to many unforseen circumstances in the repair process, we advise that we can only ESTIMATE, not promise a completion time and date." some people do not understand that there are many varibles in a large repair, parts back ordered, additional damage, insurance approvals etc...I guess some people are just not happy with anything.My repairs were completed to perfection. I will send everyone I know to them!!!!!!!!!!!My vehicle was damaged

They said my car, would be done, on a certain time. They, then, change it, five different times. They also don't have very good customer service.
