Had an appt on Sat 1/5 at 8 am to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I came to pick up my car a couple of hours later, I was told that they did not rotate my tires because I needed new tires and they did not want to waste my money. I was very appreciative of this. Most places would have rotated the tires anyway. Thank you for your honesty. I will be back to have new tires put on my car at your store. thanks again

Chandra helped me with a warranty issue. She was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to make it easy for me. Great addition to your team. The only issue whatsoever is that your service team (not the mechanics) don't seem that knowledgeable about the Passat TDI. Since this is my first TDI (my 3rd Passat) I had questions about the differences between the gas and diesel model. People didn't really know the answers. They were willing to find out which was good though.

The appointment schedule was booked to my convenience, everyone was ready when I arrived, and the service work was completed on time. The service representatives also took the time to answer a number of questions I had about the car, and future sevice requirements etc.

Our sales rep was very informed about the vehicle that we were interested in and was able to answer all our questions and curiosities before we even asked. The "buying" process itself was- for our first time- NOT stressful. They have a great system in place that eliminates the need for haggling (which is stressful). They were very respectful and very fair with our trade in, and they made sure that our numbers worked out for our benefit and needs. We have family members that we will refer to Northampton VW as first choice when looking for a new vehicle. Thank you VW for making a dream come true!
