Embarrassingly enough I've been in a few fender benders and each time I take my car to heat. Michelle always greets me with VIP service no matter how big or small the damage. They make sure I get a rental on the spot and hook my vehicle back up! Wouldn't trust no one else with my car! Professional, down to earth and always on time. So weather it was the time I ran into a pole or just dinged my door, heat collision has always got my car back to new!

My experience was amazing. My wife first accident she did not know what direction to go. I was at work and didn't get the call until later. Horrible experience. Bad workmanship. They claims girl told me the tech who worked on my car was fired but when I spoke to the manager she said she knew nothing about anyone getting fired. Huh.,.really sounds strange to me. The claims girl promised to fix the damages caused to my car but once they got the quote of close to 4 thousand they suddenly changed there mind and said I should go file a claim with consumer services. Please remember to look at the negative reviews because the positive ones are obviously written by the company. I was told that my review would mean nothing because they would write many good ones so my rating would mean nothing. Don't go there because if your one of the unlucky ones like I was they won't do the right thing!!!!

To me, my word is BOND! In fear of a bad reputation, I do not EVER refer anyone or ever even go as far as posting a review, but this body shop is pretty official and worthy of this review.



I have always been VERY OCD when it comes to my car. The day I got into a car accident I was devastated! The only thing that crossed my mind was, "my car will never be the same". It may just be a little 2007 Mitsubishi Galant but it’s MY little 2007 Mitsubishi Galant and I have always worked very hard at keeping it well trimmed and maintained.



So as I said, I was devastated! I was very skeptical about where to take it and who to trust with my car. I wanted to take it somewhere that I knew would succeed in bringing my car back to normal. So, I asked around for a few weeks and I was referred to Heat Collision by several people. I did my research, I looked them up and saw that they had a few bad reviews... Hmmmm... I pumped the breaks and changed my mind. But then I said to myself, something seems wrong. I was referred to this place by more than one person but they have bad reviews...let me check them out on Instagram (@heatcollision) so I can see their work. I liked what I saw! I took it a little further. I passed by the shop. I have to say that the moment I walked into the shop I immediately felt a sense of peace. They are well organized and VERY professional. You have to go there to know what I'm talking about. I decided to give them a shot and I am glad I did. The day I got my car back it looked better than it did before the accident! Keep in mind, if you have a clunker there is only so much that can be done according to how much you can afford. I strongly believe that you get what you pay for and I guarantee you that they will go above and beyond for you as they did for me. Their customer service is exceptional.

I would very highly recommend them to anyone! According to what I have seen, they are experienced in all types of cars, from American to European. Not to mention their impressive turnaround time. I know this sounds like a sales pitch but it’s really not. I just simply like to give credit when credit is due. I am, EXTREAMLY happy with my car and I would've loved to read something comforting in my initial search for a body shop. Heat Collision definitely delivers excellent quality work.

This place is completely awesome, from the work that was done to my car, to the owners and staff...very satisfied and everyone here is just plain lovely. I will recommend it to anyone and i will use them again if i need too.

About 2 weeks I was driving to work and they crashed my baby! Then my car was towed to a body shop. Heat Collision was the shop's name. They were very professional and informative the entire time my car was there. I was really happy when I got my car back they an awesome job. I recommend this shop to friends and family.

At first, I took my mustang to Heat Collision for just an estimate, and they were very honest, knowledgeable and gave me an excellent price point. I ended up getting my body work done there, and it doesn't even look like my car was ever in an accident! They are experts at what they do and I highly recommend them for any kind of body work for your vehicle.

I recently took my car to Heat Collision for some repairs to my car. It was an out-of-pocket expense so my budget was pretty tight. The estimate they gave me was very good and a lot less than the two previous estimates I got from other body shops. When the work was done I was very pleased. Job well done Heat Collision!!!

Heat Collision took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. the turn around time was 4 weeks but I was fully covered for my rental and was called frequently to be updated on the repair status. My car came out phenomenal and I would definitely use the again If I had to. (lets hope I wont) lol

The company in general was helpful professional. I paid out of pocket and the pricing they provided me was reasonable. I am satisfied with the outcome of my car as well. The staff there were very understanding.

Do not use this company they give you your car back damaged and potentially dangerous if you want confirmation check the Better Business Bureau Complaints and Miami Dade Consumer Complaints. Heat Collision doesn't care about their customers only about collecting $

I called them from the accident scene and they sent a tow truck over right away and within 2 weeks I got my car back. They came thru and now I have my car in time for 4th of July. Thanks a lot HEAT COLLISION!

I had a good experience with Heat Collision. They took good care of me and my vehicle. My car came out brand new and I got my car back within 3 weeks of bringing it because they were waiting on parts. They kept me posted throughout the whole process which made me more secure and patient with the transition.

Just an FYI---Their customer service was excellent, They treated me with respect and didn't go around the bush. Their prices were great, they even worked around my budget and helped me get my car fix in two weeks. It was awesome!! My car looks amazing!!!!
