Authorized Movers

I used this company for my move from Florida to New York City . I had an excellent experience with Authorized Movers. They arrived on time, packed everything up really well. Their customer service people are friendly and informative. I really appreciate the service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Everything was handled with care and attention. The movers themselves were great guys who make my move to be easier than I thought. My last moving experience wasn’t so good and thanks to Authorized Movers this time it was different. The movers were exceptionally courteous and efficient.

I recommend them to anyone who doesn’t what to get screwed up on the day of the move.

They go by the name USA Relocations Inc out of Baltimore, MD. I paid for Full Service Packing. They were supposed to repack all breakables, and did not. They even packed garbage. I packed more than 80% of my belongings in my boxes, and in the end, they charged me double. Even on the household inventory sheets, that THEY filled out, it states almost everything was pbo(packed by owner). They didn't even use enough packing materials to justify charging me the first full service packing price. I had NO lg items, ie; living rm set, bedroom set, dining rm set, etc. Almost all boxes. They won't return any correspondence, so, I am now suing them. Judge Mathis and others have returned my calls.

Company charges you rediculous prices for boxes and packing fees, and makes you pack things that normally would need to be packed, for instance dressor drawers. This company then says oh we have 21 days from the delivery date to actually get your stuff to you. They had lost all my items, claimed i have never even called them, have me calling drivers to located my stuff. They STILL Have not delivered my items and its been 3 and a half weeks! Do not use these people! Would pay double for a prfessional and timely moving company!
