        Waited 2 weeks for my appointment on a warranty issue, rearranged my schedule to be ready for their 8-12 four hour window, parked my car outside the garage, called them to see if they had a better idea when they would arrive, was told then the tech called in sick and maybe they could make it by 5pm, unacceptable, not even sure if I would have gotten a call to tell me, I would have waited all morning for nothing. Typical Nevada crappy customer service.
