Quality Cab

Excellent professionalism and Service! On time and was very fair on the price. I would recommend and use Quality Cab again if needed.

The driver was rude . He said " if i would've known you were paying with a card i would've dropped the 2 guys off first , how's that for being nice " " these guys want to get home " . RUDE !

On several occasions I’d get yelled at very vulgar like if I missed a ride and I didn’t do it on purpose. This year I’ve onky missed one ride. They think you will miss all your rides if you miss only one. If u go to a place more then twice they think you’re always gonna go there. My alarm clock didn’t go off one morning. I took responsibility in rescheduling the dr I also missed, but the guy that works in the morning is always very vulgar to me. I do how much more I can take. U should not ever be vulgar to a customer. I’ve been w them for a very long time seems to go down hill more often now. Not all people miss rides on purpose and are only human. Am not afraid to say I’m Stephanie and take the cab a lot less. Now thank god.

I have never had a problem with Quality cab, they are always on time to get me for appointments or what ever else I need to do

Their driver doesn't know what a stop sign is. I almost hit him as he flew through the intersection. This would be 0 stars, but that's not an option.

This cab company, has a driver early in the morning, he is not very nice, talks very hateful when you call and it seems his rates are different every morning. My husband called for a cab to go to work this morning, they did not answer for the first 5 times calling when he did answer he told my husband he didn't have time to take him in to work, why drive for a company just to give them a bad name lime this so I called bens cab the rate was only 5 bucks anywhere and was on time. Thanks quality for your nasty way of being helped me find a cab that was a lot happier to receive my money, daily. Quality cab sucks
