i havent returned to thier midlo store in over a year, i tell everyone i can not to go there, there customer service is awful, as soon as you walk in they look at you with a disgusted expression on there face as if you are bothering them, they generally spend more time talk to thier various friends in the shop than helping customers, im sure there business has suffered since so many proffessional shops have opened around them. worst service i have ever had. stay away , can i give zero stars?

Customer service is poor. Went in today to get ejuice. Asked to try a few samples. Guy got a attitude with me cause I tried five different flavors. He said "You have exceeded the testing limit of 3, its too time consuming." Would have made sense if they were busy but I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE!!!!! Your only customer and your going to get a attitude cause I am taking up your time? THATS WHAT I AM SUPPOSE TO DO WHEN YOU ARE AT WORK SELLING STUFF TO CUSTOMERS!!! They also need more options for nicotine levels. Lowest they have is 10 mil. They could also at least have all the flavors they sell in a 0 nicotine level if they aren't going to have anything lower then 10 so we can dilute it ourselfs. When I asked him if they had what I wanted to buy in a 0 to dilute it he looked at me like I was a alien and with a attitude said no. I won't be back to that store and the manager really needs to work on his employees customer service skills.

I personally think that the Midlothian location deals with the customer very professionally!Tasha is very helpful and gives honest advice from the heart.They have very good prices and do custom eliquid mixtures,specifically to the customers wants.So as far as that one negative review,I have to ask myself if she isn't a people person;cause I found the staff very helpful and sincere!

my review is concerning the vapor lounge,I have visited both locations in Rich. VA. I found the midlothian location to be very un professional &rude the staff seems to not want to be attentive to the customers.Thank goodness they have another location in merchantswalk plaza the young-lady who works there is so very pleasant & justa joy to have her serve you, she is so pleasent & friendly, she allways greets you with a smile, also she treats you with the utmost courtesy & knows her cutomer's needs she is an absolutr joy God bless her I believe her name is Shioban

If you want to quit smoking, then you must go here. I am a week smoke free! Joyetech is the way to do it. Friendly service on top of everything else!! :-) -HM-
