Don't live here !
I'm retired with perfect credit and wealthy. My house burned and I took the closest apartment complex while the house was renovated - wrong move!!
You sign a 20 page legalese agreement designed to con you. Little or no advice or direction is given at the time of sign-up.
PROBLEMS:
Tried to pay initial payment via debit card. Had to pay first payment by Money order ! I go to Bank America, then 7-11 store.
Was not told about or given an apart.- parking window sticker for auto. My 20 year old car was towed away at 11 PM one cold night.
I thot it was stolen-called 911 and told it was towed. Called the “towing co.” and was told to come 20 miles with $65 to retrieve my car!! Rolwd Mngmnt. has it returned after giving me a sticker. The towing damaged my car but they deny it.
Actually procedures in the contract were not followed (a 8x11 paper notice of towing should have been placed on my windshield 48 hours before towing)( the “mandatory” windshield sticker is not mentioned in the contract)
Later I noted an exhaust noise indicating damage to the muffler for the towing.
Gas utility overcharge: noted overcharge for gas utilities. Average use is $20 per month. I’ve been charged double and Rolwd. Office had to fix it.
Overhead tenants have hyperactive children constantly thumping and often loud banging.
Three times have been awakened at 4 A.M. in addition to loud music and continuous noise during the day.
Roaches are every where !! Also Suffering from high humidity (59 to 65%). Actually 40% outside; (2 sides of Apt. is 4 feet underground and the walls seep moisture. The apartment was built 40 years ago ! My bed pillow had mildew or fungus on the bottom ! The bedroom windows are condensing water on the inside !!
My Kitchen cabinets have no knobs or handles at present.
“Maintenance” had to try three times to unstop my kitchen sink. (4 days without using it)
There is only one drawer in the kitchen – and the front of it fell off the first week !
The commode was so sluggish in flushing solid waste they finally replaced the entire commode.
The three ceiling fans switches wouldn’t work until I greased the chains.
The electricity came on and off for first several days until I supplied the dielectric paste to the maintenance man
to grease the circuit breakers !
Not one Heating/A/C vent would function until I greased each of the six. They are all very cheaply made.
I did not receive my bill by regular mail this month which caused me to have to pay late.
I am told I have to go to a third party on line to register in order to pay via web.
They require I go to your site – etc.,etc. I just gave up after a half hour.
I couldn’t get the site to work.
I am tired of jumping thu hoops at their discretion.
This is the most fouled up Apartment complex I have ever lived in. You are treated as an enemy to be conned!

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED AT!!! Do not ever rent from this property! The main staff member Buffy will treat you with disrespect and needs a serious attitude adjustment. The other two ladies in the office have always been very pleasant but the apartment manager Buffy could learn a thing or two from etiquette classes. I have lived here for almost a year and my stove still has never been fixed! The two left burners have never worked. My apartment flooded with ac fluid when it came summertime and I could not use my bedroom for two weeks. I have received several over charges on my rent for no reason and it's been a huge hassle trying too get my money back. This complex will take every last penny they possibly can from you. I went into the office today asking about an overcharge and then when I said I would not be resigning my lease Buffy quickly informed me that I will have a fee for not informing them 60 days in advance that I did not want to resign with them and insisted that I should read my lease better next time because it is written in the fine print. When I informed her that I would be telling everyone I know about my experience she said wow you must think a lot of yourself to think that your bad review will make a difference. I promptly left the office because I could not be near that kind of negative rude energy any longer. When walking outside I saw a couple walking up to the office that may become possible renters and was informing them of my experience when Buffy walked outside and told me to leave or she would call the cops on me. I have been a renter for 5 years now and have never dealt with a management property that treated their renters so rudely and stole every last penny possible from them. You may still choose to rent from this property and that is your decision but I would highly recommend to go somewhere else in order to save yourself grief and money.
