My two cats are always sad when I am leaving, but they love their pet sitter. I am always assured of their good care by my pet sitter. He takes the time to contact me while I am gone and keeps me posted on necessary things, and lets me know about when he gets to pet or play with the cats. Good communication, great service. This is a wonderful service with reliable pet orientated sitters.

We have been with Pet Pleasers for over 20 years. Great service especially with our sitter Carol. Over the course of our vacation she managed to form a bond with our very sensitive dog Jill. She spent extra time with her(in addition to taking care of the four other animals)and got her to respond in ways she had not before-awesome!

We have used Pet Pleasers 3 times this year. The sitter came to our home in advance and met us and our cats. One of our cats routinely hid from any stranger that came into our home. He immediately took to Lisa and I think he would have gone home with her. The service provided is superior. When we return home our cats are calm and happy; I even wonder if they missed us at all. Lisa keeps in touch with us and we never worry about how our fur babies are doing when we are away. We are lucky that we found this excellent service and look forward to continuing to use there services in the years to come. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a positive pet-sitting experience at a reasonable cost.

Pet Pleasers minds my cat whenever I am out of town for work or personal reasons. I am exceptionally pleased with their work. I have had the same sitter, Peggy, for five years and she is completely reliable. In addition to taking good care of my cat (feeding, cleaning up the litter box, and administering medicine when needed), she also brings in the mail and will water a house plant if asked. She also leaves detailed notes so that I know how my cat did while I was away. This is particularly important to me since my cat is older and sometimes needs special care. I always know she is well taken care of.

We have used Pet Pleasers for our four cats for over ten years. Peggy is our sitter, and she is wonderful. She goes out of her way to be sure that my cats are taken care of when we are out of town. I would never board my pets since I am lucky enough to have a reliable pet sitting company to take care of my fur babies.

Pet Pleasers is wonderful! They are excellent at communicating- you will receive an immediate response every time! Our sitter has always been prompt, professional, and so kind to our kitties! We also leave home knowing our cats are in good hands and it is such a great feeling to have such trust in your sitter.

I moved to Richmond knowing that I was going to have to get a dog sitter due to my work hours. I had never had to use a sitter service before and was nervous because I was not familiar with such a service. Little did I know how great Pet Pleasers was and how many people at work already were using Pet Pleasers. Cameron is my dog sitter and he has done a great job in the 1st month that I have used him. I need a sitter everyday and he has gone above my expectations leaving daily notes about how my girls are doing, taking in my packages and cleaning up the unfortunate mess that my dogs sometimes leave. I will recommend Pet Pleasers to anyone who has dogs.
