I brought a diesel watch to this location for battery change , instead of telling me they can't do diesel watches, the lady proceeded with the battery change, she broke the sweep second hand, then denied that it was already broken. They later sent the watch out for repair and by the time I received the watch back the crown was broken, now a perfectly functioning watch cannot be adjusted anymore, a watch i paid 325$ for. Nonetheless, avoid this place for exotic watches.
