        EXCELLENT selection of high quality rugs - very impressed. Erwin has so many rugs to select from, that one would need an entire month just to really go through the rugs thoroughly. Erwin knows everything about every single rug in his store and can provide a highly detailed background of the rug that one selects. Exceptional customer service - very, very impressed - courteous, professional, personable, caters to every need, makes suggestions - just really impressed with Erwin and the entire selection of rugs. I will be a loyal customer for a long time to come. There are rugs here that will suit ANY taste - very rich colors - simply gorgeous. Go to Erwin Franke before spending any money on a rug elsewhere - you will be thankful that you did. Thank you Erwin, for adding class and a quality product to the RVA area!

        This is the only place to go for a good rug!

        When I walked into Erwin Franke I was just looking around, but I found the best selection of beautiful hand made rugs I'd ever seen, but the best thing I found was an education on how to buy quality and the differences between rugs. 100's of years of floor art and someone to help you find the best one - They even let you take it home to try it out!!! You need to go see them before you spend money anywhere else!
