        I went to the store on the strip because I had a problem ordering a tablet on line that apparently was not available for me to purchase. When I checked with the store, they had the same pricing as online, but again, there was none available to purchase. Two young men that worked in the Samsung department named Anthony, and Moses, helped us out. They understood my concern about the item (a Samsung tab 4) being listed at the store and on line, but me being unable to purchase it. I appreciate their time and help. They are a tribute to the store on the Strip. Thanks again, Anthony and Moses. My husband is extremely satisfied with the outcome. Mrs. Taylor

        The most terrible customer service I have experienced in a long while. No one answers the phone and when I call the 888 number I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Do not shop where they do not care!

        They are bad about answering the phone!

        I tried calling them about an order and no one would pick up the phone. It rang and rang for 5min about 7 times a day for 2 days and the only people that would answer was the geek squad, and then they just directed me back to the line that no one picks up! I had to physically go there to get service!
