Amy graduated summa cum laude from Temple University, where she was a Presidential Scholar and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, with a degree in criminal justice in 2005. In 2008, Amy received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Wrongful Death
Prior to joining the firm, David McColloch worked for the Pennsylvania Insurance Department as an Attorney-Examiner. In this role, he represented the MCARE Fund in negotiating the resolution of wrongful death and other catastrophic personal injury litigation against health care providers across Pennsylvania, participating frequently in mediation and arbitration negotiations. He has additional background in class actions, consumer litigation, and environmental law.

Bankruptcy
Foreclosure
District of New Jersey – Racial Discrimination – Dismissed. Andy’s clients, two attorneys and their firm, prosecuted and won a tax sale foreclosure action. The plaintiff-mortgagee then filed this federal suit claiming Andy’s clients racially discriminated against her in the foreclosure action. Andy argued and proved there was no plausible federal cause of action.
