Parts Depot

I have bought parts here twice. Both times the service has been excellent. No questions about my knowledge of what I needed. Straight, honest, matter of fact service.

AMAZING customer service!! I called with the hope of making a decision to repair or replace my dishwasher. The person I spoke to on the phone was PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING. I explained what the dishwasher was doing and he gave me several affordable options to repair and/or replace my dishwasher. It was like a breath of fresh air to have a company take the time to listen and help find a solution without any pressure sales pitch. Love them!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. ordered by phone and was promised part within 2-3 days. 2 weeks later and after 3 calls to them and them feeding me crap--'its on its way, it will be here tomorrow' still no part. when part finally came, it was defective. They had no service technician to confirm that it was defective,so I went through a different company who confirmed it was defective. When trying to return it, parts depot discredited the company I went through saying the part looked fine as well as accused me of breaking the part myself 'because that's the only way these things break'. I will never be using them again after the LIES, UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES, lack of communication, and utter RUDENESS on part of their employees. Not to mention, my oven is still broken.
